This office and the great people are a very classy group. Dr.Nguyen is a fabulous doctor who is patient, thorough, and he explains everything about the exam and my vision changes very well. I ordered a cute pair of glasses at the office and discovered an Optik Rewards program too! I travel a distance to continue my eye care at this office, and it is worth the drive!

Polite, efficient, and kind, the people working here were great! They contacted me promptly about appointments, order statuses, delivery, and adjustments. They were helpful in offering feedback when I went to look at frames, however ultimately, the majority of their selection is made up of smaller frames, and I have a larger face. They’re across the way from Visionworks, so after my appointment, I went there, bought frames, and then went back to Optik an hour or so later to give them to them. Very patient, and I left feeling informed about my options and my vision.
