This office and the great people are a very classy group. Dr.Nguyen is a fabulous doctor who is patient, thorough, and he explains everything about the exam and my vision changes very well. I ordered a cute pair of glasses at the office and discovered an Optik Rewards program too! I travel a distance to continue my eye care at this office, and it is worth the drive!
I have worked with optometrists since I was a child. Doctor Yang is an impressive optometrist. She expertly analyzed my eye corrections. And recommended a superior type of contact lens that I did not know existed. My vision is MUCH better now. Thank you Dr. Yang.
My boyfriend and I have been coming to The Optik for a couple years. Great modern ambience, helpful/friendly staff, and amazing optometrist! Check in was seamless and we didn’t have to wait for our appointments unlike other places.
Cute shop with very friendly staff. I needed an new eye care provider and after my first visit here I can say I found them.
Polite, efficient, and kind, the people working here were great! They contacted me promptly about appointments, order statuses, delivery, and adjustments. They were helpful in offering feedback when I went to look at frames, however ultimately, the majority of their selection is made up of smaller frames, and I have a larger face. They’re across the way from Visionworks, so after my appointment, I went there, bought frames, and then went back to Optik an hour or so later to give them to them. Very patient, and I left feeling informed about my options and my vision.
I recently visited Optik Vision Center for a contact lens exam and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend The Optik Vision Center to anyone in need of eye care services. I'll definitely be returning for my future eye care needs!
